The SO FIT Plan is a complete training guide, including workouts for all body-areas, a nutrition guide and video exercise tutorials.
This has been devised with the help of my personal professional coach, who has helped me with my own fitness journey. We've been working together for over 1 year, to figure out a training regime that truly works. The concept behind this is based on a few things:
